I'll be 18 years old in 2 weeks. I'm a life extensionist, so I'm trying to slow down aging as much as I can, and stay youthful as long as possible. Obviously when your older, anti-aging can come in many forms, but is it possible at age 17/18? Calorie restriction, diet, exercise, supplements, etc...do these slow down aging for those who haven't yet started to decline? its not because i'm old, i know, it's to stay "young" (biologically) as long as possible
