I'll be 18 years old in 2 weeks. I'm a life extensionist, so I'm trying to slow down aging as much as I can, and stay youthful as long as possible. Obviously when your older, anti-aging can come in many forms, but is it possible at age 17/18? Calorie restriction, diet, exercise, supplements, etc...do these slow down aging for those who haven't yet started to decline? I understand I'm nowhere near "old" yet, but what I'm trying to do is preserve youth as long as possible, to extend the lifespan and stay "youth" and healthy as long as possible. it is possible to "slow down" aging along a relative scale....im wondering if it works when you aren't declining yet
